How do you reach ARIA Hunter Valley by train?
To travel to the Hunter Valley, you can catch a train on the North West line from Sydney through to Maitland. You will then need to switch to the Hunter line at Maitland which connects towns in the Upper Hunter, like Paterson and Dungog, as well as towns in the Lower Hunter such as Newcastle.

No, Aria Hunter Valley lots are Torrens titled, there are no strata or community fees, your normal council rates and any utility services you sign up to.
