The new Hunter Expressway means Newcastle is just under 45 minutes away and you can be on the outskirts of Sydney in less than 90 minutes. From ARIA Hunter Valley you can be in Cessnock, Singleton or Maitland within 25 minutes, and don’t forget, the Hunter’s world famous Wine Country is at your doorstep.

Whether you're heading to Melbourne or Brisbane for a business trip or flying to the Great Barrier Reef for a break, easy connections are available at Newcastle Airport which is a 45 minute drive from ARIA Hunter Valley. Newcastle Airport is also building international runway capacity in coming years which will connect the Hunter to the whole world.
Trainline to ARIA Hunter Valley
To travel to the Hunter Valley, you can catch a train on the North West line from Sydney through to Maitland. You will then need to switch to the Hunter line at Maitland which connects towns in the Upper Hunter, like Paterson and Dungog, as well as towns in the Lower Hunter such as Newcastle.
